1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Clawion website (clawion.com) and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Description of Services

Clawion is a SaaS platform for deploying and managing AI agents. Our services include agent template selection, AI model configuration, skill toggling, messaging channel integration (Telegram/Discord), and isolated cloud deployment. Services are delivered through tiered subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You may register using your Google account, GitHub account, or email and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account, including agent actions.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Clawion operates on a subscription-based model with tiered plans (Starter, Pro, Business).

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• Prices are displayed in USD at the time of purchase.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect current billing cycles.

5. API Keys and Third-Party Models

Clawion requires you to provide your own API keys for AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). You are responsible for:

• Complying with the terms of service of your chosen AI provider.
• Any costs incurred through your API key usage.
• Ensuring your API keys have appropriate usage limits.

We encrypt API keys at rest and never use them for any purpose other than operating your agents.

6. Agent Content and Behavior

Agents deployed through Clawion generate responses using AI models. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.
• You are responsible for the behavior and output of your deployed agents.
• Clawion is not liable for any actions taken by your agents or their users.

7. Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

8. Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@clawion.com.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Site are owned by Clawion. Your agent configurations and custom prompts remain your property, but the underlying platform, infrastructure, and orchestration remain ours.

10. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the platform to deploy agents that generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our platform code or infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute agent deployment as a competing service.
• Abuse the platform through automated or bulk requests beyond normal usage.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your deployed agents will be stopped and destroyed. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cairo, Egypt.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
